This young musician has studied music professionally with concentration in piano performance with Katy Howell, Dennis Lee and Terry Allbright at Kingston University and the Trinity College of Music in the UK; at Manhattan School of Music and Montclair State University with Dr. Donn-Alexandre Feder, Dr. David Witten, and Mark Pakman in the US, and at the Moscow State Conservatory of Music with Paulina Victorevna and Alexei Nasedkin in Russia. He writes music just for his personal interest in composition, though has never studied composing professionally with any teachers as he has just been a pianist and violinist. Also, he believes to compose music as an amateur would help him jump out of the “composer frame” and some unnecessary criticism, since he is not a professional composer. With no deadline to complete his work, he is taking his time freely using his imagination to present his best ability to enjoy music in his own way.

This is what he is doing at the moment...

He has been awarded SART Advisory Board Talent and Scholarship Award, and National Music Teachers Association Award for his dedication to music. Stephen is the present president of the Montclair Chapter of New Jersey Music Teachers Association.
